I'm always interested in helping other game masters with some quick resources they can use in a jam. This is a random name generator that you can use to placate your players when they get too curious about "shopkeeper" and his personal wants and desires.
How to Use This Chart
Print out the following chart. When you need a name, roll your D20 three times. Use the result of each roll to pull one entry from each column of the following chart. Then, smash them together, sound them out, and spell the name in a way that makes sense for your world.
For example:
- Rolling a 4-8-1 gives you "Ch" + "ick" + "blix"
(my result: Chickblix) - Rolling a 8-6-2 gives you "Hish" + "gre" + "cab"
(my result: Hesgrebah) - Rolling a 12-4-10 gives you "Mev" + "f" + "mad"
(my result: Mervf) - Rolling a 16-2-20 gives you "Quy" + "dod" + "zrah"
(my result: Quidozra)

Did you roll a curse word? Did you roll a curse word in Klingon? Yeah, there's two of them. Tell me about your new name in the comments below and, if you like this post, share it with your friends on Twitter and Facebook.
